Our experienced team will guide you based on your skin type, concerns, and goals. Whether you need deep relaxation, targeted pain relief, or skin rejuvenation, we customize every service to ensure you get the best results for your needs.
For best results, we recommend facials every 4–6 weeks to maintain healthy, glowing skin. Massages can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on your stress levels, muscle tension, and wellness goals.
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to relax and complete any necessary forms. For facials, avoid heavy makeup if possible. For massages, stay hydrated and communicate any specific concerns or areas of tension with your therapist.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients and provide the best experience for everyone. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
