  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any opened or unopened products

Gift Cards

  • All gift card purchases are final sale
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced

Memberships & Packages

  • Membership fees, package purchases, and prepaid services are non-refundable
